Shipping and Returns

What Are Your Shipping Policies?

All orders will be charged ground shipping or truck line rates unless otherwise noted as "Ships Free in Continental US".

In-Stock items ship from our Denver, Colorado warehouse within 1-2 days of your order. Special order items will be shipped at the earliest possible date and may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.

In-Stock items can be shipped overnight or second day air for an additional fee - Please email Customer Service or call 303-771-6229 to inquire about expedited shipping.

There are rare cases in which an item may ship directly from a manufacturer that must charge sales tax in the same state in which you reside. When this does happen, you will be responsible for the payment of such additional sales tax, according to your local tax rate, and such additional sales tax will be collected by us and charged to your account and/or credit card along with your payment for the products. Again, this is very rare, and you will be notified of any additional sales taxes before we ship your order.

Shipping Multiple Items
Multiple items ordered from Krakel Hotel & Restaurant Supply may arrive at different times. When you order products with the same brand name they will usually arrive on the same date. Products ordered from different vendors may arrive on separate dates.

Freight Shipping
Products shipped by freight include curbside drop off. This means that the freight company will not bring an item inside your house. If available, white glove service will be marked on the individual product pages and the freight company will set up an item for you in your home or office. All freight orders that are cancelled or refused without notice after the product has been shipped will be subject to a $100.00 re-stocking fee (return freight charges may also apply)

Returns and Restocking
For certain large and/or opened items that are returned without exchange there is a mandatory 25% restocking fee. This covers the cost charged to us by the manufacturer each time we must send back a non-defective piece of merchandise without replacement. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt and you MUST receive prior authorization for the return. RETURNS MADE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ADDITIONAL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

P.O. Boxes, APO's & FPO Shipping
We are sorry, but we cannot ship to post office boxes at this time. If you place an order and list a PO Box in your "ship to" address, we will contact you for a different address. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hrs, we will cancel your order. APO's or FPO's can in most cases be accomodated, but we recommend that you call or email prior to placing your order as additional shipping charges may apply. Because the majority of the products we sell ship direct from the manufacturers, we are somewhat limited on the shipping options. Fortunately, many of the companies we are working with realize the need for delivery to military addresses and can ship to APO or FPO....please call or email first.

International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Exceptions to this are orders shipped to Canada. Merchandise shipped to Canada is subject to the same policy as items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Sales Tax
We are located in Colorado and a 2.9% state sales tax will be assessed to any order shipped to the state.
